Refund policy

At ORIGINAL, every piece is crafted with attention to detail and quality.
We follow a strict quality-check process before dispatch.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact.

  • Once the return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

❌ Returns for size issues, fit preference, color variation, or change of mind are not accepted.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders are prepaid.

ORIGINAL reserves the right to approve or decline returns after inspection.
